RULES
- You must be a fan of Stargate SG-1.
- You are required to fill the Name, Email and Country fields, all other fields are optional.
- You must use a valid email address. You will not be SPAMMED!
- You are not required to fill the password field, unless you wish to be able to edit your information later.
- You are not required to list a website, but if you do, you must have a button somewhere on your site (preferably somewhere easy for me to find).
- Inappropriate sites will not be excepted.
